PERAN PLATFORM MERDEKA BELAJAR DALAM PENGUATAN KOMPETENSI DIGITAL GURU PAI DI SDN PRAGAAN LAOK 1 KECAMATAN PRAGAAN KABUPATEN SUMENEP

Information technology has brought about major changes in the world of education. Teachers are required to have adequate information technology competencies to improve the quality of learning. The use of the Merdeka Mengajar platform can enhance teachers' information technology competencies in various aspects, such as utilizing technological features, creating learning materials, and increasing student participation. At SDN Pragaan Laok 1, this also demonstrates that the Merdeka Mengajar platform can serve as a solution to improve the quality of PAI education at the school. The purpose of this study is to understand the use of the Merdeka Mengajar platform by PAI teachers in terms of their level of understanding to improve information technology competencies at SDN Pragaan Laok 1 in Pragaan Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency, to analyze the attitudes and acceptance of PAI teachers toward the Merdeka Mengajar platform in improving information technology competencies at SDN Pragaan Laok 1 in Pragaan Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency, and to understand the strategies of PAI teachers in using the Merdeka Mengajar platform to improve information technology at SDN Pragaan Laok 1 in Pragaan Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency. This study will use a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection in this study will use three methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis will involve data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that teachers at SDN Pragaan Laok 1 can use the technological features provided by the Merdeka Mengajar platform to improve the quality of learning. At SDN Pragaan Laok 1, there are three types of learning needs in the Merdeka Mengajar curriculum, namely diagnostic tests before learning begins, formative tests (which are not intended to determine grades but to understand students' learning needs), Summative tests are tests that are included in the report card. Previously, summative tests were daily quizzes, for example, once the material was completed, a test was administered, and the scores were collected by the teacher. Students there are also strengthened by P5, which stands for projects, reinforcement, students, and Pancasila.
