SINERGI PENDIDIKAN NON-FORMAL: PERAN GURU NGAJI DAN APARATUR PEMERINTAHAN DESA DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAKUL KARIMAH PARA REMAJA PESISIR PRENDUAN SUMENEP

Abstract

Education can bring about changes in human civilization at a certain point for an individual or society, so education is a measure of the progress or decline of civilization in society. Moral education is especially necessary for the existence of humans and the state in order to create a generation with good character. The purpose of this study is to determine how Quran teachers and government officials collaborate in educating the youth of Dusun Pesisir, Prenduan Village, to have good character. To identify the factors that hinder and support collaboration between Quran teachers and government officials in educating the youth of Dusun Pesisir, Desa Prenduan, in moral character, the researcher employed a descriptive qualitative field research approach with a case study design. The data sources used were primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques employed included interviews, observations, and documentation. Collaboration between Quran teachers and government officials involves a division of tasks, whereby Quran teachers are responsible for educating, guiding, and directing teenagers, while government officials are responsible for monitoring the development of teenagers and providing facilities and infrastructure. The barriers include the passive nature of social media, the laziness of teenagers, and their peer groups, while the supporting factors include positive parental responses, the awareness and concern of Quran teachers and government officials, and a conducive environment.
